BVH Cell RIPOFF Professionals monsey Internet
Ordered an otterbox ipod 5 case on 06/27/15 for a birthday gift. Website showed it in stock ready to ship. I paid an extra $6.99 for expedited shipping.
on 06/30/2015 I received an email from BVH to call them. I called them back and they asked me to confirm the shipping address since it was different than the billing.
I politely explained that this was a "gift" and needed to be shipped asap to the address entered on the site. On 07-01-15 I received the same phonecall asking to reverfiy the address because it "did not match" again i reiterated that it was a "gift", and realizing it wouldnt arrive on time i cancelled the order.
Today is September 1 2015 and i still have not received my refund. after 35 emails 3 phonecalls I am still nout the 40 soemthing dollars, never recieved a product and never received an explanation.
these people are plain old robbers and it baffles me how the state of NY still allows them to continue to do business.
