Complaint Review: BW Incorporated

BW Incorporated Jay They sent me an ill-fitting cover which was also the incorrect color!!! Minnesota

I have never been so disapppointed in anything in my life. I've always been hesitant to order things off the internet and this is why. Jay, who I've now found out is the owner, of this fradulant company, assured me that this was a great purchase and everything would would out perfectly.

First of all, he said it would take a week to 10 days to get and I got it about a month later. Secondly, it didn't fit correctly. I even paid a professional pool company to come measure for the cover to make sure it was correct, but it was still ill-fitting. Lastly and most importantly, as he doesn't seem to think it's a big deal, they sent me the wrong color. I ordered green and got a blue one.

I have dozens of email between Jay and I. He pushed everything off on the "factory" and then finally just ignored me all together. This cover cost us $1200 which we really couldn't afford and now we have one that doesn't fit and it the wrong color and they aren't willing to do a thing about it.

I always thought the customer was right, but in this case, I guess not. I'm so disappointed. We defiitely got the "short end of the stick" in this deal and I don't understand how they can get away with this.
