Complaint Review: Byberry Furniture Outlet

Byberry Furniture Outlet Placed special order 7/15/2010, it is now 12/5/2010 and still no furniture nor refund! PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania

On Thursday July 15, 2010 I went into Byberry Furniture Outlet in Philadelphia, PA to purchase a sofa & love seat. I chose a Microfiber black/Gray set from the American Eagle Furniture book. The set of furniture was not in stock & had to be special ordered which would take approximately 8-10 weeks to get shipped from China. Tony the store manager & Ozzy the salesman said that I had to give the full amount to start the order process, so my boyfriend & I went to my bank & withdrew $1000.00 from our savings account & handed the money to Tony, who than said he will place the special order the next day on Friday 7-16. 
I called on 7-26 & spoke with Tony to confirm he had placed the order, Tony indicated he did place the order. Called on 9-2, 9-16, 9-21, 9-24, 10-12, 10-22, 10-24, 11-9, 11-12, 12-1 and 12-5. I also showed up in person at the store, but I kept getting the same poor excuses. I have not received my refund from Tony or the store owner Billy (Basam Hammad). I've been waiting since 9-15 for my shipment, never arrived nor was the order ever place. called the manufacturer on 12-1 was told they never received any orders from them and that I should take Byberry Furniture Outlet to court because they were lying to me. 

Since this entire ordeal started I have been getting the run around and I don't appreciate it at all!!! All I want is my full refund so I will never have to deal with this store & associates ever again!!!

this report it is wrong. we have the best customer servise. and the best prices in NE phila .we dont have no issue with any coustomer at all.and this story it is not write at all.we have over 5000 customers.all happy and they come back for more stuff.we have big selection of furniture and best relation with customers.and best servise and prices in NE phila garnteed
