Complaint Review: Bytecc

I purchased a Bytecc USB 2.0 2.5" External Hard Drive Enclosure Model #HD-201U2 from Outpost.com in February 2004. It was advertised with a $20 mail in rebate, to be paid by Bytecc.

I filled out the rebate form, included the receipt and all three required proof of purchase symbols from the box and mailed it in a day or two within receiving the product.

I have attempted to contact Bytecc several times and they do not respond.

The rebate was for $20.

My requests to Outpost.com for assistance with the rebate were ignored as well.
