Complaint Review: C.A.R.S. Protection Plus

A C.A.R.S. Auto Warranty was purchased with a used Vehicle on 4 February 2008. Less than 2 months after purchase the transmission and transfer case required replacement. This company refused to honor terms of contract, and is now in breach of contract. Legal action is in process. This is warning to the public to beware of this company. Because the repair cost thousands of dollars, this company decided that they want to cancel contract. This company will leave you stranded after they were paid in full and signed warranty contract.
