Complaint Review: CCS and First National Card

I am very thankful that I sought information regarding this company CCS and their infamous Merchant's card and found your reports on it. I was about to use this outfit for assistance at Christmas. Something told me that enough information was not provided...no names of verfied clients who could be used, no catalogs of merchandise...nothing. Nothing, that is, except the stipulation that some $200 be sent to them for activate the account. Calls to their activation number produced no consumer information, only promises of information by mail.

I urges anyone considering this outfit to chop up the card and forget it. I certainly have benefitted by a brief Internet search. Let's face it, if this company was solid, it would be offering consumer purshasing information left and right so money would be spent. I hope the officers involved with this company are being prosecuted. I am filing a report with the State Attorney General's Office. If fraud in our state can be proved, it will be pursued.
