C'est Chic Boutique stole my money! San Jose CA
This company took my order, acknowledged receipt and said they would advise when it would ship. They took the money out of my account (yes, I used my debit card), and never shipped my order. Granted it was for less than $25.00, but they won't answer the phone or any of my email messages to client-service@ceceboutique.com. I'm pissed.
