I have experience the same problems with C&F Finance to the point that the constant calling withing last month, harrassing phone calls, letters, confusion with reps, receiving different information, not knowing who is my actual account manager has caused emotional stress. My hair is shedding I am taking meds for depression for another issue and now this has made it worst. They have threat to repo the car after I have made payments up until this point.

One time and they want to repo the car after being 47 past due when I explained them when I could make the payemtn that was "unacceptable" I need to make a payment by their due date by the close of business of else. They are horrible!!!!

The constant calling from Shawn, the other Shawn, Brian, Brandon is the worst, Carol. I don't know if they are paid by commission or what!!! I have never seem a company such as this.

I have had 3 cars prior through another company!!!! 3 cars never once had a car repossessed!!!! never never. and they C&F Finance wants to pickup a car!!!! They called me several times, my family which upsetted them and they are going through their own problems because of the economy!!!!!

I understand that I have obligation to make a payment and things happen unfortunately where my income changed. I tried to be proactive by calling them leaving messages. No one returned phone call. When I called them they never received a message on their own "general mailbox". Are you kidding me!!

I asked to even speak to the people who determined if the car would be repossessed because I was so upset that they would consider this after I told them when the payement could be made even offered to pay a partial or two payments again "not unacceptable" and then told me the managers that determine repossession could not be spoken to at this point!!!! I asked if I could change my payment date. I was told that I had to pay a fee of $30.00 for a payment change!! They sent 3 letters rasing their regular fees including if you use your credit or debit card, or checking account 3 times in the past year. 3 times!!!

I am planning to call the Better Business Bureau on Monday, and speak to attorney. I can not deal with this stress. It would be different if I had broken other agreements before had not called to try to make arrangements but this is crazy. They are the worst of the worst. Predator Lenders!!!!
