C & J Auto Sales lies, attempts to steal and sells wrecked cars as clean Clinton Township, Michigan
We bought a car from this dealer on ebay. the ad represented the car as clean, never wrecked and never part of a rental fleet. We won the auction and sent them $500 as a deposit along with $600 to ship the car.
Our financing representative did a search on the VIN # and found that it was in fact a rental car that had been wrecked and there were pictures of significant front end damage. We filed complaints with ebay, paypal and Discover and were refunded the $500 deposit but the shipping costs were still in question.
Then one day we all of a sudden received a package from the dealer. They tried to make the argument that we purchased $600 in auto parts.
These people are unethical, misrepresented their car and then accused me of doctoring up the photos to make it look wrecked. Whatever you do, stay away from this dealer. They are crooks.
