Complaint Review: c. m. s.

I have a sight set up by cms, they called me told me if I would send them 359.49 they would send me my balance, hve not seen it yet, they  locked me out of my site o I can't get my money, I have four numbers and I can't get anyone to answer so I can get my money,

right now it is showing I have over $10,000.00 in the account, but according to them whern I ent the money they were suppose to send me $3,347.86.
