C Majestic Movers Total Failure to provide contracted service over 6 day period (4 last days beyond contract) Chicago Illinois

There really needs to be a less than 1 star rating for companies like this one. Most untrustworthy and unreliable business I've ever run into.

Contracted for a 1560 mile move and they never showed up for pickup. Total of 6 pickup days were missed in a row with no warning beyond the first day while I waited for them, typically without them even having courtesy to respond to calls, messages or requests for status.

Finally had to leave town after 6th day when they failed to show yet again even after waiting 2 hours beyond agreed upon time with no contact or response from them. At that point I had to leave town due to delayed business commitments already having missed opportunity to spend Thanksgiving holiday with my family due to their failure to meet ANY terms of their contract. I did finally receive a call from their "receptionist" 4.5 hours later inquiring as to my satisfaction with their "Pickup Service" which in fact never took place! That's just an example of either how poorly run this operation is or something else that I'll leave to your imagination.

At this time, they are refusing to return my deposit claiming I cancelled the service even though they failed to meet any reasonable industry standard maximum service window and in fact were already 4 days beyond the date they contracted with me at the time.
