Complaint Review: 0C00237604 Microchip Cat

My cat is neutered, vaccinated and in good health.  He went outdoors and was familiar with his surroundings. On April 2nd 2022 he went out and did not return.  I looked for him the day he went missing. Then I walked the neighbourhood for months and there were no sightings.   

I have reasons to believe that he is not lost but taken. So if he is scanned by a vet, animal services, or a rescue, please know that he is a beloved pet. He was not given away, abandoned, surrendered or sold. He is to be considered stolen as someone mistaking him for a stray should have taken him to a vet to get checked for health and scanned for a microchip. I will provide details of the cat and the microchip and proof of ownership.  

If microchip comes up by scan by vet, animal services or a rescue, please contact me.  I will describe the cat and provide records.
