Once again, C N brown was caught selling liquor to a minor. This time it was a manager that did so. You would think, that with their "NEW POLICY" of carding EVERYONE, this would end.

This is very serious and something definitely needs to be done. The State of Maine needs to AT ONCE pull the licenses in all Big Apple stores to sell booze.
This company gets caught at EVERY sting that does get done, yet to date has not paid one dime in fines for it, nor are their cashiers ever charged with a crime.
The state is also in the wrong, it happens so frequently, yet they keep licensing these stores to not only sell malt beverages, but hard alcohol as well.
It's time the state did something, I am sick and tired of seeing C N Brown just get away with this and their soloution every time is to "fire the cashier".
Are they even trained on selling alcohol, and who to ask for ID? We all need to write to Augusta and tell them to pull the liquor license away from C N brown AT ONCE, and show them that this will not be tolerated by the state of Maine.
