i was in the south bound center lane @ approx. 4:00p.m. when the traffic came to a stop. mr. cooper was driving a 2000 ford f-350, pulling a gooseneck trailer, with 2 unidentified male passengers.being unable to stop, mr.cooper struck my car in the rear.
The pull-out loops on the front of the truck ripped a hole in my cars bumper, causing $758.18 in damage. i had my car fixed at caliber collision in grand prairie, tx.(job #13167) on 4-15-04. my insurance company was unable to collect for repairs because they could not get insurance information from c&p pump services.
