C.R. England,

I am a hard working man who has no problem working to support my family. I signed on with C.R. England with a contract employment application that Specifically asked if I was okay with either a smoking trainer, or a non-smoking trainer. I circled Non-smoking trainer, and left a message in the box below saying that I did not want to ride with a smoking trainer. And also, told them that my wife was really sensitive to cigarette smoke.

When I completed the school, and was awaiting a trainer, I was assured that the company (C.R. England) would keep the contract solid and sure. Upon getting the phone call a student grad gets, I was told to go down to the driver resource center, and there they assigned me a trainer.

They said he was a smoker. I told them I would not go out with a smoking trainer. they canseled the trainer and about 15 minutes later got a call from a trainer saying he was there in Salt lake yard to pick me up.

I went out there, and as soon as he opened the door could smell a thick cigarette smell. I told him I couldnt go, that I signed a contract stating I wouldnt go on a truck with any trainer who smoked. The trainer told me to call my driver manager.

When I called my DM, (and I can give names if need be), I was told that I had no say who I was trained by, and that if I did not get on the assigned truck, I would be fired, and sent home.

I got on the truck with my smoking trainer, and as a consequesnce, got 61 bucks a day, and serious breathing issues. I do not smoke, and My trainer smoked 3, sometimes 4 packs of cigarettes a day. in 5 weeks, this adds up to approximately 2960 cigarettes I inhailed.

Thanks to the breech of contract, this company has robbed me of life time from my family, caused coughing fits, and caused me to need to replace approxamately 450.00 bucks worth of clothes.

A pathetic company indeed, If a company cannot hold to their agreement, or at the minimum, cannot sit down and logically work things out, they why should I as a past employer be anything less than appauled, and resentful to C.R. England.

Promising Company, breakes promises/breeches contracts.
