Wow! Where do I start...

**PLEASE BE AWARE OF WHO'S HANDS
YOU PUT YOUR BUSNIESS IN**

We were using their srevice for almost 2 yrs!
Since we are very young owners, we actually walked over to CSI and met with the owner! He reasured that they could do the work and we felt very comfortable.He seems to be a nice older man who could be trustable.
*****Needless did we know****
Almost 2 yrs later we get a statement from State Of MI, saying we owe over $50,000. We Freaked out!
Come to find out, CSI never filed our Annual Sales Returns for 2006 & 2007.
My Gosh, we were confused!!
We tried to contact him several times and left several msgs and explained to his wife who was extremely rude when she found out what a mistake her company made..
We also walking there to get this resolved, but noone was any help..
Finally, *********HIS EXCUSE*********
"We never knew if you were a C corp or S corp so we were never able to file your taxes"
Mind you, our office is 60ft,
2 doors down from him and not once did tell us there was a problem like this.
However, after walking over there to get answers, he promised me that in exactly 1 week he will have everything put together for us!
Another long road...........
Come next week, again givin the run around..
3 weeks pass and no calls returned or answered by him....
Our family wanted to take these people to court so bad, however, we work in the same plaza.
God forbid, you dont know what kind of people are in this world and what they will do. If they can screw over customers like this.. you can only imagine what they are capable of..
When we realized how serious it will get if our family was to get involved.
I walked over there, they told me he was booked all day..
I sat down and refused to leave until he gave me our Annual returns and that was final.. In the mean time his wife started telling me that they dont have anything for me and it is all my fault..
Anyway, the owner gave me his word, so I'm sure you would want to meet with him too.. right??

When I was approached by him, he came into the waiting room and he first words were
WHAT DO YOU WANT? I TOLD YOU THE REASON YOUR TAXES ARE NOT FILED CUZ YOU NEVER TOLD ME IF YOU WERE AN S OR C CORP..

WHAT??? I was so lost, Mind you, this is the OWNER who I sat down with in his office three weeks prior...
UNBELIEVABLE.. I KNOW..
**This was a nightmare**
He just stood there, (a Grown Man) just lied to me, gave me his word and pretended like it was never said...
So disturbing...
It's been a few months, but still going through correcting everything they messed up!!
Please Think Again before ever going to these cruel aweful people. I think they should be put in jail for what they did.
I hope this saves someone a headache and business.
Thank God, our business is doing good, but, we are lucky God showed us what kind of people we were dealing with
