C.W.Trucking Biggest liar in trucking, will rake you over the coals ripoff Regina Saskatchewan
The owner of this company, Cathy Lipsett, can tell you anything you want to hear. Till you work there and try to collect your money when you leave. I was told quote" I will pay you every penny I owe you" instead it's the other way around.
She even took money off my cheques towards the end for using her fuel cards.
One month before I was done working for this company. I recieved many phone calls to trucking repair shops that she dealed with and told me good luck in getting paid. Most of them waited 6 months or more for ther money.
Only after taking her to court did they get paid.
I'm not the only one waiting from money from this company, but also 8 others that quit at same time. All had to get lawyers to get their money and still haven't recieved. When ever you phone there you get either her secretary or the answer machine and she doesn't return calls.

Just in case someone did not read the title, just because some mad trucker types it does not make true. To start with we did not go to court with kieth giesler, nor did we ever talk to his lawyer. I also don't think he ever told anyone in our company where to go and how to get there. We did however pay him every cent he had coming, in under the 90 day hold back that he singed on knowing about. Just to give a better picture of this man and how nothing would please him. Kieth started working for us pulling a tri axle. Then he got married and he wanted to stay closer to home, which is understandable. So we switched him over to a superbee to be closer to home. Then we could not get him to leave home, every weekend was a long weekend. And then come pay day surprise surprise he was not making enough money. The other thing that really gets me mad this situation is kieth is the kind of guy that would ask a favour from anyone and b***h if someone ever asked anything of him. I even shoveled his driveway and got his mail when he was on holidays. Anyways thats all for now, and kieth if you have any more problems you know my number.

On June 11 2007 i phoned this owner of C.W.Trucking and had words with her.Not very kind words either.Told her where she could go and how to get there.I told of that her contract was ulseless cause even she didn't live by it and that of all the opertors that leaved there none have been paid.Finally on June 22 2007 I received my cheque.Still i wouldn't reccament my worst ememy to work there.It's to bad that such scum gets into a bussiness where they can rip people off and you have to hire a lawyer to get your money out of them.I yhink something has to change in regurds to how owner opertors get there money from this trucking companies when they quit.
