C. William Berger, esq. lost prevention this company claimed they could help lower my mortgage, due to lost of wages, but they did nothing but scam me out of $6350. They kept changing my representatives, it started with Pamela Timbler and ended with Jennifer Pinto, with about 5 others in between. Before I cut them off I found out through my mortgage company that they basically did nothing, they begin hearing from them after I contacted them about fraud. Boca Raton Florida

I got behind on my mortgage do to a lost of income, because of surgery and I start receiving letters in the mail the one from C. William Berger looked official, I even checked with BBB and the states Lawyers Association and all seemed legit so I decided to go with this law firm because they said they could help with lowering my mortgage, that they will work with my mortgage company and I didn't need to pay the mortgage because they would work with them as lost prevention experts. I started with Pamela Timbler telling me all what the company can do for me. Over 9 months I've gone through Ana Gomes, Kristen Trauth, Hannah Bohbot, Octavia, Esmeralda, Rachel, Tammy and the last Contact was Jennifer Pinto. None of these people did anything at least until I told Esmeralda (Summer 2012) I think there company was a fraud.
This process begin Oct. 2012 until now and in July I had to file bankruptcy because my home was going into foreclosure. I told them I wasn't going to pay anything else since nothing have been done, I was told I was right and they would proceed. I got with my mortgage company and they told me that no one has began any representation for me until August, just stateing it was lost prevention and not using C. William Berger as a law firm. I reported them with my bank and stopped payment in August 2013, Jennifer Pinto called on 10/10/13 and told me she had to stop working on my case because of non payment for Sept and Oct. 2013. Rachel call to set up new payment arrangements, in which I didn't respond. I'm trying to do a modification with my mortgage company now, hopefully i'll be forgiven and they approve it.
