If you are considering working as a AT&T Contractor in Birmingham, and the guy on the other end of the line tells you he is from C4 Connections Authorized Saes Agent and his name is Carl Blust RUN!
These guys are slick and very good at what they do - and he will STEAL FROM YOU.
Don't get me wrong. AT&T is legitimate and there is a lot of money to be made by hard working contractors. You should understand.
I am not bitter about selling the product. Since leaving C4 I have hooked up with another Contractor and am doing great. I actually get paid and I dont have to listen to somebody drop the F-Bomb in meetings everyday. That gets really old and I hope whoever is reading this won't fall into his trap. This guy has black teeth talking about how he use to be a meth-head, but then if one of us do bad he go's off on you infront of everybody and ridicule you. This was very embarrassing and I didn't even want to hit the field because he will make you feel like crap. The man says he has $750,000 in the bank when he looks like a homeless person. Yea right the he's full of you know what.
He will get you into the business, show you how to sell then...
LET THE CHEATING BEGIN.
you're fired after your next complaint. Or fired if your late to his meetings what a jerk
If you are good they'll offer you a GM position - they still won't pay you what they owe you, they'll just keep dangling the carrot. If you still make noise - you're fired - then they drop the real bomb - Their Independant Contractor Agreement states THEY KEEP ALL OF YOUR MONEY for 90-180 days for chargebacks.
Myself and half a dozen other past agents are putting together a class suit against C4 Connections and Carl Blust.

I am responding to this horrible attack on C4 connections and Carl Blust. I worked with Carl in the past and the man has never done me wrong. In fact, and correct me if I am wrong, your statement about not going to the meeting would get you fired and calling the boss a jerk. Any job that you don't show up too would get you fired. You must be used to that. You got to show up to keep your job. And your statement about C4 holding on to your money its called reservse. The company pays you in advance before the costomer gets installed. That means C4 dosent see a dime from any sales until they get installed!
They could hold on to the money on all sales until the customers gets installed with the services. C4 rather have you make money right away! Plus you get your reservce back after 120 days. C4 pays you before they get paid thats why they have the reserse account. The comment about cheating what are you talking about? Lets look at it this way, you work at wal-mart, you get customers complaining about you about how you treated them, do you think you would keep your job? If you get complaints from customers at C4 connections, why would they want to keep you? I think the person who wrote this dosent know how to keep a job and to do a job! You rather sit behind a computer complaining!
The statement about Carl being homeless and looking homeless.....LOL LOL. The money the man says he has he has! I have seen his checks. I know what he makes weekly. You know how he got there, hard work, very hard work and no complaining! When hes in trouble with his bossies he goes out and gets his job done without any complaining. Some people like to be finanical independent and work for it, some people, like yourself, wants to cry poor, poor, me. Carl is a good man and cares about everyone who wants to help themselfs.
C4 connections is a very good company to work for. C4 connections goes on trips every year and pays everything for the reps to go. All you got to do is your job and C4 takes care of the rest. One of the most honest companys to work for. I would highly recommend anyone to work for C4 Connections
Thank You

To be fair, when you signed the ICL agreement, as an independent contractor, it specifically stated next to bullet 13 (non-fine print) that any money accumilated in your reserve account will be held for 120 days incase of chargebacks. This is to insure that the company does not lose out because of a sale gone bad on your side if a customer was to cancle. If a customer was to cancle, that would be deducted from your reserve. All money left in the account at the end of the time period is returned to you.
That is the purpose of the reserve account, and if your law suit is being filed based on you not getting your money right away I suggest you take a look at the contract, call up the branch you were with they will happily provide a copy of the one signed by you, the contractor.
Either way good luck in future avenues!
