Complaint Review: CA Infotech Private Limited

I'm actually a developer and I was over burdened with web development work. I hired a new developer, here in teh US, but he couldn't start for 2 weeks. Being desparate, I went to outsource a small project, just to get it completed. This was the worse mistake of my life.

I gave them a deadline of next business day turnaround, being that the project was 1 page. They agreed to the 1 business day turnaround. They took my deposit and I thought it was in good hands, I was totally wrong. They never even started the project, instead they took my deposit and used that to get another project before mine started.

They then lied and said it was my server that was causing the issue, so I had a friend, that I grew up with, that actually lived in the same city in India as this company. He was able to log into my server with no problems.

I contacted my lawyer and sent him a letter stating that failure to deliver the project by end of business day would result in a lawsuit. He said that I would get the project. What he gave me was the header, EXTREMELY poorly coded and said the rest would be done the next day.

Needless to say, I told them to stop work. They refused to return my money, so I was forced to turn this over to my lawyers to handle.

Anyone who reads this, PLEASE don't use this company for anything. They stay in contact until they get your money and they you can never reach them. To say they do subpar work woul dbe giving them more credit then they deserve. They are THE WORSE set of developers i've ever worked with and they give all web developers around the world a bad name.
