Complaint Review: CA Internet Security Suite Products

I found it impossible to stop C A Internet Security from billing me after I fought trying to stop their service.  After finally getting a notice from them that I had indeed discontinued their service, I was notified a month later by e-mail that my subscription was automaticlly renewed.  They had used my credit card number I gave them when I renewed a year ago. 

It was not untill my Credit Union and Visa Corporation got into the act after I contacted them immediatly that they offered a refund.
