Walter J.R. Traver, CA State Bar number 113678, was recently disciplined by the California State Bar for threatening me unless I dismissed several lawsuits that I filed against his elder abusing clients: Richard B. Davis, Melissa A. Griffin and Shruti Sherrie Kohli. On or about January 27, 2014, elder abusing Walter J.R. Traver wrote a correspondence threatening to report me to the State Bar unless I dismissed several cases I filed against his clients. Rules of Prefessional Responsibility, Rule 5-100 strictly prohibits an attorney from threatening to present criminal or administrative charges against an individual to gain an advantage in a civil dispute.  Traver clearly violated Rule 5-100 when he wrote in his January 27, 2014 correspondence on behalf of his elder abusing clients, unless you dismiss the filed actions I will report you to the State Bar. I filed a complaint with local law enforcement against Traver for witness intimidation and with the State Bar for violating Rule 5-100.  On March 24, 2014, the State Bar of CA affirmed my allegations against Traver and disciplined him accordingly.

GUNMAN TO A DEPOSITION

The foregoing was after Traver hired a "John Doe" gunman to intimidate me at the deposition of his clients. On February 11, 2014 and February 12, 2014, Traver hired an unknown individual to attend a deposition for his clients that was carrying a concealed firearm. When confronted with the fact that the "John Doe" person was obviously carrying a loaded firearm in an office building, Traver refused to idenitiy the large male individual.  I subsequently phoned 911 to report an unknown armed individual in an office building and four Ventura Sheriffs were immediately dispatched.  Ventura County Sheriff's Incident Report # S14043020. The Sheriff's confirmed that the unknown individual was carrying a loaded firearm. When confronted with the issue of an inadvertent discharge and the inappropriateness of bring a gun to a word fight, Traver sadistically laughed.
