I was a customer of a cable company and decided to stop paying the pig. I decided on Dish Network and contacted what I thought was a reputable retailer (Dish Dawgs), who by the way answeres their phone "dish direct".
They came out and installed the system and worked thru a few minor bugs.Techs were great.

One of the "perks was a gas card that was to be "automatically" mailed after the third months bill was paid.Well its been over 5 mos and still no card.
I've contacted them repeatedly (documented) and have always been told the same thing, "jeffs not in right now, I'll give him the message and make sure he calls you or gets it out."Yeah right.

Called Echostar Sattelite and was told "sorry, it was a retailers agreement, you'll have to take it up with them"
"But if you cancel your service we will hit you for all the cancellation fees" Seems like they would give a crap about the companies that they allow to represent them, and would be willing to lean on this shady rep, but I guess they have my money and I no longer matter.
You can guess whats going to happen the very second my obligation period is up. Too bad they sold the integrity of both operations for $50.00.
