IN NOV 2012 I ATTEMPTED TO PAY CABLEVISION WHAT I OWED THEM WITH MY CHASE MASTERACRD, AFTER PAYING CABLEVISUON BY PHONE USING THEIR AUTOMATED SYSTEM. THEE WAS A PROBLEM USING THEIR AUTOMATED SYSTEM, I CALLED CAHSE ,ASTERACRD AND FOUND OUT THAT WERE SIX IDENTICAL ATTEMPTS TO PAY CABLEVISION, CHASE ASSURE ME THAT ONLY ONE OF THOSE CHARGES WOULD GO THROUGH. THEN IN DECMBER I DISCOVEREC CAHSE DIDN OT PAY CABLEVISION. 


BACK IN NOV 2012 CABLEVISION CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THEY WOULD INVESTIGATE THE MULTIPLE CHARGES, NO OTHER PHONE CALL WAS RECEIVED BY ME FROM CABLEVISION AND CABLEVISION REFUSED TO CREDIT ME FOR LATE FEES THAT THEREFORE CABLEVISION I SI N VIOLATION OF THE FAIR CREDIT BILLING ACT, THE FAIR DEBT AN AND COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT AND THE UNFAIR AND DECEPTIVE PRACTICES ACT
