Complaint Review: Cactus Car Wash Fort Lauderdale

Cactus Car Wash Fort Lauderdale Owner & Management I brought my Mercedes in for a $200 detail, We have been bringing all are cars in there for years. However, after receiving detail, they broke my key off ignition. Both management and owner who was on location, acknowledged broken key. I drove my Mercedes to Fort Lauderdale Mercedes with broken key still inside. Fort Lauderdale Florida

Cactus Car Wash Fort Lauderdale Owner & Management I brought my Mercedes in for a $200 detail, We have been bringing all are cars in there for years. However, after receiving detail, they broke my key off ignition. Both management and owner who was on location, acknowledged broken key. I drove my Mercedes to Fort Lauderdale Mercedes with broken key still inside, while at cactus a damaged report was filed, and I was assured by management to bring back invoice from dealership and they would immediately refund me. I waited for two weeks before, I called Cactus and they informed me my claim was denied because they talked to service manger at Mercedes and they said I was responsible. Cactus did not B give me the individual they supposedly talk with? So I called and spoke with both main service adviser and no one ever spoke with anyone from cactus. This is shady management & ownership. Your not protected from this company if they damage your car. I willl never use this car wash or advise anyone else in the future to do so!! Very untrustworthy!! Be careful
