Complaint Review: Cactus Car Wash

I paid for a $150.00 car detailing at the Cactus Car Wash near my work.  When I picked up the car, the center console clasp was completely broken off - a replacement costs as much as the car wash! 

I waited around for a half hour to speak to a manager, showed him what was broken, and he filled out a report.  I had already paid for the Car Wash!  While talking with the manager, I told him that a totally unrelated part of the interior of my car was already damaged, and he proceeded to tell me that because I said that they would do nothing for me!!

I asked to speak to his boss, and was told to come back the next day.  I did. And the next day, and the next day.  Finally this Antonio general manager came out and looked at the car.  He promised to call me that same day about the broken part. 

I called him every day after for a week - and I still have not received one reply from him or Cactus Car Wash!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE - THEY ARE DISHONEST AND IF SOMETHING HAPPENS THEY WILL NOT ACT AS THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY!
