Caddyrack, Failed to send golf bag, refuse to answer email, phone calls and written request Laguna Woods California
Has anyone ever done business with Caddyrack Inc. On March 25, 2008 I ordered the Original Caddyrack Golf Bag. On the same date I received an order number 259722624, that my order would be processed as soon as possible and my credit card was charged $192.45. Since that time I have not received any information regarding that order. I have since made many contacts with the company via phone call, emails and letters to inquire about the status of the order. The voice mail box to John Drinkwater is always full. There was a cell phone number given but it does not accept phone calls.
