  This report and titles removing a dash pad in a 2013 Cadillac XTS The process is done by the following remove the glov box. Remove radio. Remove navigation. Remove hazard switch. Remove glove box switch. Remove cupholders. Remove ashtray. Remove center console armrest. Remove shifter . Remove artificial wood inserts. Remove ignition switch. Remove left front a pillar. Removed right front a pillar. Remove three – speakers. Then remove dash pad. Transfer over HVAC ventilation duct work from old dash pad. remove and transfer passenger-side airbag. And re-install this procedure peas 1.5 and takes roughly 8 hours I can provide scenarios like this all day long from a warranty perspective . GM is stealing literally millions of labor hours this way.
