My experience was like the one from another complaint. I did not order their grossly over priced packages. I returned their folio. Months later, I received a solicitation to purchase some cap and gown photos. The prices were still high but better than the previous packages. I gave in and ordered a package. They then charged me for returning the portfolio late even though I returned it months ago. Like the previous complaint stated, they sit there and wait until they can get their hands on a card number and then pull this late or missing folio scam. They bait the student in the whole way. They charge you a sitting fee and if you don't pay then you can't be in the yearbook. They make the student acknowledge that this folio will be sent with no opt out option. The students do this so they can get in the yearbook and then Cady has their parents credit card number to scam away.

Do yourself a favor... Use a gift card with a limited amount of funds on it. Don't let them get your credit or debit number.

Oh, and by the way, when they offer you the cap and gown package, it can only be paid with a card. They will not accept a check via mail. These guys know exactly what they are doing. It is all about trying to get you to pay for an over priced package and then scamming you with the folio charge if you don't buy.

Shame shame on any school district using this poor business
