Caesar Oskan eBay item 250258316278 paid for and not received Internet
I won an eBay item ( 250258316278 - NEW Magnavox 20" Flat-Panel LCD HDTV Monitor TV/DVD ) for $374 and paid for it thru PayPal on June 15, and waited about 6-7 weeks to receive it , because it sometimes takes about this time for USPS parcels to reach me in YEMEN .
But it never arrived, and the seller kept promising to resolve the issue, and I was then surprised to find that the seller was no longer registered with eBay !
I never received any ALERT from eBay , though I used to receive such alerts before, even to items I bid on and not won .
I filed a refund claim with PayPal , but it was refused, as PayPal required any claim to be filed within 60 days of payment !
I tried eBay, but was not helped there as well , and tried LIVE ONLINE HELP , and was advised by the clerk to contact the police to arrest the seller , and they would help with more incriminating evidence against the seller !!
The seller has a running online store ! His last email to me on Aug.22 reads:-
" Hi I am out of town Please don't wory you will get your money I am so sorry for all this I don't know where the tv is I am waiting to hear from the usps I filed a lost report with them. You will get the payment back I am not going to refuse the paypal claim
Please understand that this was out of my control and I will resolve it "
He has not replied to my further emails.
