Complaint Review: Caesars Palace

I bought a ticket to a Moody Blues concert at Caesars Palace and showed up the night of the show with my ticket and their scanner would not recognize the ticket I had.  I bought the ticket through the Caesars website and asked for them to look it up and they refused.  I tried talking to everyone with no avail and was ultimately turned away and was not able to attend the show that I bought the ticket from Ceasars on.  I contacted them the next week and they said they would look into it and get back to me.  They never got back to me.  I contacted them again and they said they did not have a record of my earlier contact and said they would do nothing for me.  What a ripoff .. buyer beware if you purchase on-line tickets from Caesar's as they will do noting if their is some kind of technical glitch, you will simply be out a couple hundred bucks with nothing to show for it.
