I purcashed a two night stay at caesars palace
for October 26,27 for the total price of 49.04, this was on monday the 16th. This was done threw price-line.

On October 20th I recieved an email from caesars palace stating my reservations was cancelled due to a computer error, so they wont be honoring the rooms for that price.

I called the hotel several times and got no answers, but leave your number and someone will get back with you. This does me no good right now as I purchased two non refundable plane tickets at the last minuete for 746.00.

I spoke to a price line rep, and they told me it was caesars choice to cancel the reservations , that over 800 people reserved rooms for this rate, so they could not honor caesars mistake. The only thing Caesars would do is honor a rate of 799.00 for the two nights. That is with a 20% discount.

When I purchased the rooms for this rate, I initialed a contract stating I was legally bound to this reservation, and if I cancelled I would be penalized. They are not upholding to there end of the contract, so I feel I was
mislead-ripped, off due to someones costly error. I will be out my plane ticket money, because at this point I cant find a room for a reasonable rate.

If they were so concered about this why did it take them 4days to contact me. Caesars told me they are honoring some of the reservations made before the 26th, but not after, how can they justify that. It is very unfair to the people who were a day late?

Caesars palace ripped off over 800 consumers, they purchased rooms on price-line. They stated it was a computed error and they are not liable for it. I initialed a contract stating that I was bound to this deal..obviously they were not ...
