Cafe Kriza provided horrible customer service. I ordered one thing and they delivered another. When asking them what happened they tried to convince me that I did not order what I ordered but ordered what they delivered. Taking an order was never supposed to be so difficult. Then when I decided to tip 13% the person at the front desk got mad and told me that this is not enough to compensate their server. I told them why should I determine what to compensate your server - that is your job. I received lots of shouting, cursing, and things I never heard before - all in all I will never return.

Rude Service from Kriza Manager

I was visiting Kriza with my family of four when we were made to wait 45 minutes although we made a reservation from the morning. After being seated we ordered a number of sandwiches with condiments. They mistook three of the four orders. After receiving the bill, I noticed that we were charged for each condiment that went with our orders separately. After being thoroughly annoyed from the wait, the tight seating with our backs pressed against other customers adjacent to us, wrong orders, and unseen surprise charges on the bill, I still decided to leave a 15% tip. 

I was approached as my credit card was being returned to hear from the aggressive manager that the amount of tip I left was not enough to cover the cost of their waitress. I replied that if they thought their waitress deserved more than they should pay them more and not put deceivingly low prices on their menus. The manager began to through insults at me and made a seen in front of everyone yelling that my family is never welcome again.
