Cafe Mozart Evanston- Words of Caution
The staff, particularly Joseph (at least this is what he says his name is), is very nasty and rude. He asked us to leave just because we had been sitting for 10 minutes without having yet ordered our coffee. It is because we had just eaten a big lunch and were not yet ready. We left immediately and will never ever return. Neither will our friends and
family. Our 2.3 years of loyalty are over.
This review is to make others aware of the piss poor business descision he made and prevent others from being mistreated. Thanks "Joseph" for showing your true colors and saving us from wasting our time again!

As one of the patrons who was present at this ugly event, I can speak to the facts. We were going to order when we were ready to order. That isour decision as patrons. Also, for you information, we were the only ones in the place! That's no wonder anymore.
Some of us were actually attending this place occasionally for closer to 3 years and the reason we did not know the few employees names was because of their pertinent and presumptuous charater. Just look at others' many many reviews of Cafe Mozart in Evanston, IL. You will read how incompetent, unfriendly and off-putting they are. We tolerated their garbage for way too long. Adios amigos to them now!
The jerk who runs the place at one time also had Ambrosia Cafe and Pannini Cafe and those also failed because of his lousy treatment of customers. It is only a matter of time before this other ship also sinks! There are so many more nicer, kinder and gentler cafes in Evanston.
Such idiots have no place serving the public, or should I say, "biting the hands that feed them".
We sure do not miss them anymore and neither do others who will now avoid this place after the employees there are exposed for their ugly colours.

Just when were you going to be ready to order? 10 Minutes, 20 Minutes, 2 Hours? Just how long should they allow you to take up space for people that have actually ordered items?
Yea you are some loyal customer. I somehow doubt that they are going to miss you, and also doubt that you have been going there for 2.3 years. Mainly because if you have been going there that long I don't think you would be questioning the name of any of the employees.
