Complaint Review: Cafe Saporito - Seattle Coffee Direct

The cafe Saporito had sent me coffee that I did not order. The company is not addressing this matter  buy answering the phone and tell me ,they will give me back

the money they charged on my credit card.I got though one time and the gentleman told me he would take it off my credit card but the company have not follow though on what they said.

I just recevice my credit card bill and I was charged $ 79.00 and $ 79.00.

So I was charged twice for something  I did not order.I need help on this problem

I saw on other site that a lot of people have gotten ripe off by this company. help!! I am unemployed and thats money I did not have.
