Complaint Review: Cash Offer Now

I sent a new box of extra test strips (FreeStyle Lite 100 ct.) to cash offer now. They were to pay $44.00 for them plus a code was sent (Morecash) to get an extra $10.00 for atotal owed to me of $54.00. I sent them out on 9/11/2017 via usps with a trcking # of 9401 9102 0079 3438 7781 43.

I recieved an email on 9/13/2017 that my package had arrived at a post office box in Chicago, Illinois at 10:10 am and was ready for pick up. I have done this before in the past and once they recieve my strips they send me an email stating they were sending my package and a tracking # for it. My package is a bundle of small boxes for sending more strips with my payment (a check) inside shrinkwrapped in heavy clear plastic.

I have heard nothing from them which is unusual. So I went to their website, it said there that they were running behind because of the current hurricanes in Texas and Florida and thank you for your patience. So I sent an email to Jeff@cashoffernow.com with no reply. So I called the 1-888-210-5233, no one to take call so left message. Called several more times, nothing.  Called Janice at C.O.N. spoke with in past at 630-228-0700, no longer her name but another and cant understand the name. no answer, again left message.

So today I called 1-888 # again this time says we are open Mon. - Sat. 9am to 9pm. It was 9:30am and it imediately says we are closed. Im so upset! I sold them as I am disabled and needed the money at the end of the month to get by for food. I cant believe they have done this!
