I hired the service of Isolve toward the end of March 2009.


My contact was Cain Wong. He has a foreign name (Malaysian), and may be using such now.


I provided him with my web development project for a site I was working on. Five months of efficient communication, and things turned sour when (due to lacking communication), I asked him when i could expect the finished works, and he replied back without a straight answer. I told him I needed a date: without such, the expectation could be anywhere between days to years.


He agreed with me, but continued with more beats around the bushes.


I told him such was very unprofessional and that I needed him to put this project on a priority queue.


His reply was a complete Block/Delete of my communications.


Originally having him on facebook, he had deleted my contact. The same can be said about his gmail/hotmail account.


Beware of this company, ISolve, and the individual under the alias Cain Wong.
