I sent money ($400.00through Xoom.com and Western Union for products that I was eventually told were delivered to someone in Brazil. Then I was told that Mr. Virginio in Brazil wanted to buy the products from me for $600.00 through PayPal, which I did. I sent the entire $600 to Thangamani (AKA Raj) to reorder the $400.00 merchandise and to give him the. Extra $200.00 he earned from selling the products to Mr. Virginio. I never received the products and was told that the post office attempted to deliver them but I wasn't there. I checked with the post office and they did not have any undelivered merchandise and did not make any delivery attempts. So I have asked for a $400 refund from Thangamani of Caipol.com. In the meantime, I received a dispute notice from PayPal by Mr. Virginio who claimed he did not receive any merchandise from me. It was all a scam, in other words.
