I met Caitlin through a women's networking group and initially had no problems with her.  We hired her to provide e-newsletter services as well as general marketing.  Once our company provided the deposit for services, her response time was lacking and eventually I never heard back from her. After giving her several opportunities to start the project, again with no response, I verbally and email requested a refund of our deposit.  Again, with no response, I disputed the charge with the credit card company.  It is under investigation with the credit card company.
