Complaint Review: Cakes N Things

Chocolatiers and brides beware. You won't save any money using cakesnthings.com products. Do not use them as they short your order, over-charge and misrepresent their products.

I was shorted an item and was told I was lying and they would not send it to me nor credit my account.

Was charged for an item not received though it said my card was charged the lesser amount - but my bank statement proves they charged me the full amount.

They list and show their chocolates as white and they are decidedly not white, more yellow, than any other color. They're not even an off-white.
