CLOWN COAST fits better, this company only cares about the PROFIT and who cares about the client's needs. WARRANTY you ask, yeah right like that will ever happen. Let's face it, the fuel cost for the estimator, or (SHYSTER) that adds numbers in the price of job to just cover costs & so he can subtract them later to make it seem like you are getting A DISCOUNT if you sign soon or do not pay via credit card. this should be first sign of a scam.
Then there is the guy's they send out when a issue arises, IF THEY FIND ONE WITH A LICENSE & CAN SPEAK or UNDERSTAND ENGLISH . Or the guy who calls you back and says put a towel or bowl under it and I HAVE TO CHARGE CAUSE IT'S THE WEEKEND, OR YOU CAN CALL OFFICE ON MONDAY AND THEY WILL SEND SOMEBODY TO FIX IT, PROBABLY FREE.
Excuse after excuse with these guys, but don't be late on your payment, THEY THREATEN WE WILL SUE. They treat you like you matter, then after the final 10% is received and cleared bank good luck getting them back. and if you call somebody else to fix the problem, THEY VOID YOUR WARRANTY or SAY THEY WILL STAPLE YOUR FILE CLOSED.. THERE IS TRUST ISSUES FROM THE FIRST POINT OF CONTACT, SECURITY ISSUES THE DAY OF JOB, (FYI) LOCK YOUR REFER UP AND HIDE THE COOKIES AND CANDY), WORKMANSHIP CONCERNS, I.E. LOOSE BANGING PIPES, GREEN PIPES, BURNT WOOD & CARPET, (THE DUST), AND EVERY WORKER ON THE CELL PHONE MOST THE DAY... BEST CALL THE OTHER GUYS YOU WILL BE MORE SATISFIED. My neighbor a few doors over had his done by A1 and the owner oversaw the job start to finish, cleaner and nicer group of guys.. if I knew then etc.
