I own a lawn service, ordered a few items from Cal Pacific Products about 5 years ago. Quality very poor, so I decided to let them know not to call again dont waste my time or yours. They have continued to call the past 5 years, I have been polite and asked them not to call. On January15 they called and left this message on my answering machine" Shut the F#### up, you wont get back with us." I was absolutely shocked!!!!

I called them back and spoke with a very rude guy whom said he was the supervisor named Matt, I recognized his voice to be that on my answering machine. I told him that was no way to run a business, he told me not to tell him how to run his business, and that it wasnt him whom left the message. I ask him to find out who it was, he laughed and said " I have alot of a##holes working for me." I told him I reported him to the FCC, he said he didnt care, and would report ME for harrassment.

I got a letter from the FCC stating: after reviewing and investigating my complaint they had determined that unfortunately the facts presented in this case do not violate the Communications Act of 1934,as amended, or the FCC's rules on wich we can take enforcement action. Crazy!!! Cal Pacific Products called again on January 21,2009, didnt leave a message this time. What can I do about this co.????

Found a loophole called Telephone Consumer Protection Act 1991

The Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 check it out. According to the act we are entitled to $500. per call/violation. Its worth a try..also contact the att. general of your state and file a complaint. If we all do this maybe we will put this joke of a company out of business!!!
