Complaint Review: Ocwen BankCal Western Recon.and

In the Superior Court of California, Alameda County Cal Western Reconveyance Corp Et Al are in the process of settleing thier Crimes without ever ammitting guilt for Money.This company was used by Ocwen Bank to foreclose on my home in 2001. They were reported by me in Feb 2002 on the ROR. They are accused of engaging in kickbacks schemes involving the referal of foreclosure business. This includes Moss Codilis, Stawiarski, Morris Schneider,& Prior. LLP.

The Case no is 2002-04328 Class Action Unfair trade Practices brought by Valerie L Delaney and Diane Hodge Bertozzi and a second class is Allen et al v Cal Western case # 2002-046562 was filed on April 5 2002 and alleges the same violation as the Delaney action

Again, just look at who Ocwen Bank engages business activities with, or is it the other way around!
