Complaint Review: Caleb Hebel From Big Sky Outdoor Advertising

Would you do business with someone who refused to pay their employee? I worked for a company called Big Sky Outdoor Advertising located in Wheat Ridge Colorado,the priciple of the company is Named Caleb Hebel. I worked for him around a total of two weeks.

Whit in that two week time I received no training on the product and even when I asked for more information on a certain product that i could see would be a hot ticket, I was told by Caleb, "don't worry about it, if you get someone who is interested just call me." What a way to set your people up for success. I really dont want to spend all day complaining because I have higher proiorties.

So, to make a long story short I found a; in my opnion a lejit and ethical company, with a serious business owner called XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome. When I told Caleb this and i requested my last pay check he blaintly to my face told me that he was not going to pay me for my time I had put in. I am now seeking compensation through our court systems.

To sum this up it is in my opinion that no one should get involved with Caleb Hebel on any level of business. My common sense tells me that if the guy won't take care of his own employee who is out there pushing his name and company how will he treat and back up current and potential clients. What do you think?
