Our major complaint against this company is again based upon their statement to us that all leads are pre-qualified. There website states: A CalFinder expert uses information gleaned from a personal interview with the homeowner to match the homeowners needs with top-notch contractors whose qualifications match the homeowners specific needs. If they indeed conducted a personal interview with the homeowner, we would not have received the unqualified leads they provided us.

We based our original purchase decision for this lead service based upon what the salesman Paul Drobot told us on the phone and not on what their contract states. Mr. Paul Drobot stated that all leads provided by Calfinder would be guaranteed and all leads would be pre-qualified. This is blatantly not true.

The leads are NOT pre-qualified. In addition, the first group of 18 leads was delivered to us via email one week late because Calfinder had the wrong email address for our firm. All but one lead were horrible. One person didn't even own the home. Almost every lead stated that the homeowner was interested in more than five windows, this also wasn't true.

I would warn all companies to read their contract before giving them any money. There are dozens of complaints filed about this company. They also have a F rating with the Better Business Bureau. I would recommend nobody do business with this company!

On 6/29/2009, CalFinder (CF) received a signed agreement for Exterior Innovations Inc (EII) to receive remodeling leads. Mr. Jenkins of EII requested that 22 leads be sent 3 ways- via email, text messaging, and online in their lead management account- as stated in his signed agreement with CF. Additionally, Jenkins confirmed with CF via both phone and email that all of the leads were received and each homeowner on each individual lead was called.

As stated in the signed agreement, it is EII's responsibility to maintain valid contact information for the delivery of leads and that they are responsible for any lead delivered to them via his online lead management account. Furthermore, EII acknowledged in a signed agreement that they are responsible for contacting all of the leads and exerting the requisite effort to turn those leads into jobs.

All fees were billed in accordance with EII's signed agreement and they had utilized CF's services during their time with CF.
