Complaint Review: calfinder

Calfinder is a true rip-off. They promised good leads but we got mostly junk. We called all leads within 30 minutes of recieving them. Most of the time only able to leave a message. Better than 80 percent never called back. The few that did were not qualified leads, such as they wanted a phone quote, never owned the house or filled out the form because they were unsure about the process and were mad that we called them. Calfinder will never give you back your money all they do is give to replacement lead for the bad ones. All the time they hit your account and pull out money for the leads they send you. Contrary to what they claim, they donot screen the leads! The customer can put in any kind of information and away it goes. I had one with a name of XYZ! We are busy trying to survive in this tough economy with limited staff. The time and effort it took to manage the leads was a terrible burden. We spent over $2,000.00 before we finnally pulled the plug and as far as I can tell sold none of the leads! They depend on a steady stream of hopful contractors to keep the scam going. Don't sign on or you will regret it.
