Complaint Review: California Armenian Home Jimmy Garcia

Jimmy Garcia, one of the activities coordinators for the California Armenian Home has committed elder abuse against a 81 year old man. 

While visiting with a lifetime friend, who wanted to have a drink at their Monday night social.  Jimmy was verbally abusive to this resident who wanted another drink.  Jimmy yelled, got arrogant and told him "NO" you go back to your room.  The 81 year old "friend" informed Jimmy Garcia, "You cannot talk to him that way"   Jimmy Garcia's answer was,  "I will call the police on you." 
This was a very unprofessional way to treat an elderly man, disrespectful and rude.

Jimmy Garcia, is a young stupid uneducated kid that cannot find a job anywhere else.  He cannot be accountable for his actions so resorts to threats of "I will call the police on you"

This place is getting a stinky reputation that is going to cost them in Clients, Credibility and Capital.

Jimmy Garcia caused this elderly man to have a heart attack and be taken to the hospital.

Would Jimmy Garcia like it if someone threatened his Dad?

I got news for you Jimmy Garcia, you won't be calling the police on anyone because you won't have a job much longer.  You do not deserve the right to work around elderly people.

Furthermore, obviously you are a result of poor customer service skills and are not being trained properly on people skills or conflict resolution.

Now you have created a situation where other old people don't like you and are concerned with the way you treat older people. 

JIMMY GARCIA do you feel like a big man because you threatened an 81 year old?
