Complaint Review: California Bully Crew aka Tamara Nolan

Montana was never rescued by CBC he was adopted. Ripoff my report why do you not verify information before posting lies? Bill O'reilly his report about is right on and your posting inaccurate statements. Poor job on your part.

Pretty inappropriate for someone to post a family photo they stole while making false accusations with no proof to back it up. Let's be honest here. Katie has been being blamed for tons of things she has not had any part in.  She is just another victim in these sick people's games

This report is just one of many reports created to slander and harass me and my family.  One of their lies is that I was fired from the Examiner. That is not true and i was never a true employee but did write for them briefly but my health declined and I was just unable to continue writing at all.  See screenshot of confirmation I received after quitting. As for the other lies below, it is all more just of an attempt by Lemore Aizenman, Melissa Jewell, Jacinda Martinez, and their many other less than reputable friends to harass me and my family further as well as their many other victims.

Royce Bordes has never been a breeder, let alone a pitbull breeder! Royce Bordes owned a business' related to the Real Estate industry for the past 30 years prior to rescuing animals & has never bred a dog in her life! Katie Brynelsen was informed by Tamara Nolan that another person in rescue use to breed pitbulls & Ms. Brynelsen has confused Royce Bordes with this other person! This is the nature of Ms. Brynelsen's journalism; reporting inaccurate information & not correcting her mistakes when confronted with the facts. It's a shame that anyone at anytime can post what they want, which is what Katie Brynelsen does when someone she wants so desperately to be friends with, wants nothing to do with her. If you look her up, she has posted lies & untruths on so many people, it's actually sad to know she spends her days & nights doing this to others. I hope Ms. Brynelsen finds the peace from within she desperately needs!

i am mentioned in this report, I am Blaze, I networked to save this family "Nena plus 8"  for over a week straight.

i was contacted by Dot Cage to help this family. Dot had learned of this family and had reached out to many other rescues for help. I had spoke with my silent partner at the time to help this family. We decided it would be good for us to network only since we were just starting to go public. As we networked this family we learned that they were "rescue only" meaning a certified 501c3 rescue could be the only one to pull them out. no 501c3 rescue would stand up to support thi family.... I had begun facebook.com/nenapluseight to help network this family.

In my networking I had found CBC- Tamara Nolan who had stated this family would be safe if a 501c3 could be found to pull this family. 

In continuing these efforts I found this 501c3 to "pull" this family.. I then forward all paperwork from 501c3 to Tamara Nolan and vice versa.

On the day prior to the pull of this family everything started to go wrong for this family.

Tamara Nolan and CBC had begun lies and started getting into my personal life. they even brought the lies from my ex wife into this rescue, stating I was a wife abuser and child abuser so how would i treat dogs under my care. 

I extended all information for the paypals of Dot and Tamara Nolan to collect pledges and donations for the care of this family. I never extended my paypal information on this family as Tamara has stated, since I did not have a paypal at the time.

ON the day of the pull Tamara had informed me that she had hired Ashley Nicole Miller, by cash, to take pictures of this family. Ashley had brought Lori Jolly with her to San Bern Shelter.

Dot had picked me up in Tustin, CA and we drove to San Bern. We were the first to arrive. Next Tamara Arrived and Then the foster and her friends and thent the 501c3 rep arrived.. one hour later Ashley and Lori had arrived.

As we pulled this family we were all excited, as in any pull and saving of a family. This excitement quickly went away.

The foster and her friends had then  crated this family after a set of pictures were taken. Myself and Lori and Ashley had made arrangements to go to the fosers home and help bath this family. Tamara had went elsewhere, the 501c3 rep had went home, Dot had went home as well. 

When I arrived at the fosters home I was a little beyond shocked... There was no furniture in the home. in the back yard was a kennel for this family with a box house. 

I was then informed that this foster was in transition to move in.. i had offered my assistance to help move the furniture in the home, the foster had refused. When I then reevaluated Nena and her family I had seen signs of Kennel cough in all pups and upper respitory issues in mom.  I worked with the foster to stage a bathing area, come to find out there was no hot water in the home! I immediately went to the foster and asked why not? She was unsure, I asked permission to go see why not and she approved. I then found out that the hot water heater was not working. After some doing I was able to get it up and running perfectly. I then advised to keep this family indoors until we could come back the next day and have hot water.

that night I stayed at Lori's house and returned the next day.

Ashley also had returned to the foster. After reviewing the family again, seeing them outside on the dirt I immediately advised that this family at least need to be on clean stray. The foster had refused stating Tamara said it was fine. I also advised that some pups and mom needed to got to the vet that day since their conditions were getting worse. The foster had called tamara for her approval, we had even lined up a vet that could see them. Tamara then apparently had informed the foster to call the police if we would not leave the premises.

2 days later is when I finally got home and reviewed the paperwork and had seen that Tamara Nolan had signed this family into Bully Breed Rescue of Southern California. I contacted Tamara and asked to fix this or I would have to reclaim this family. Tamara and CBC had been the public bashing and lies, lies to a point where they had claimed I sold puppies at Santa Ana shelter out of a pick up truck. At the time I did not own a pick up truck so I knew it was just to disgrace me and my rescue. Tamara also had stated that I had stole donations for this family and more.

Tamara is correct by stating this was the first time that I have met her, but this would also be the last time I would ever see her again.

I attempted to do a reclaim on this family but then when I arrived back at the fosters 1 week later they were all gone. I again returned 1 month later to not find anyone again. to me this family had disappeared.

Tamara nolan nor CBC has corrected the paperwork for this family as of yet, it is now 5-3-2014. My partner and I was forced to close Bully Breed Rescue of Southern California due to the bashing and the torment we received from Tamara Nolan and CBC. my partner will no longer assist in animal rescue. I had moved forward and still claim all of Bully Breed Rescue of Southern California. If tamara wishes to either 1 fix this paperwork that would be fine with my written approval or 2 return these dogs and all donations that are asociated with these dogs then proper care will be given. If any funds were received for adoptions of these animals then even those funds are cnsidered donations associated, and these adoptions are illegal adoptions since Tamara Nolan or CBC was never the legal owners of these animals. 

California Bully Crew has worked with lots of people on FB some have been there for the best interest of the animal others have not.

California Bully Crew does not have any association with NYBC Craig Fields.

Ana who uses somebody elses 501 c 3 to pull dogs out of the L.A. shelters was pulling dogs for Mary and Mary was going around saying every dog was a California Bully Crew dog and she collected funds on these dogs.

California Bully Crew does not have pull rights at any Los Angeles, Ca shelters and CBC has nothing to do with any dog Ana and Mary pulled and sent out of state.

California Bully Crew has nothing to do with funds Mary collected.

Put the blame on who it belongs and stop attacking California Bully Crew for others wrong doing.

California Bully Crew rescued mommy Nena plus 8 and had announced it over FB when we arrived at the shelter Blaze, Ashley and Lori showed up CBC had never met them before this day. If it was not for Blaze we would not of been able to save mommy Nena plus 8 he found CBC a puller. 

Nena plus 8 had a wonderful foster home all pups got sunshine in the day time and slept in the house at night stop posting false info about how they slept outside.

California Bully Crew is a great rescue who goes the extra step in making sure the well being of all animals they rescue get extra care they feed Raw Diets and use a Holistic vet along with acupuncture and chiropractor care.

California Bully Crew rescues dogs that most otheres will not rescue.

California Bully Crew rescues handicapped dogs with emotional trauma along with deformities and the latest is a Megaesophagus dog who somebody dumped in a bush in a basket and left her for dead.

Its really sad that people post info and never even ask CBC there side of the story.

Its really sad that people post from he said she said. we all make mistakes in life nobody is perfect. we all meet people who we thought we can trust and later on found out there not what we thiought.
