Please answer my question! I have exhausted my attempt to contact someone. The phone rings constantly with a busy signal. I have referred to your consumers index on your website for what to do if you recieve a postcard. I have a P.O. Box which is listed as my billing address on all my utility statements. The post card states "The Utility Bill Provided Did Not Match Information on Form." The service address is the same as the address on the application. My inquiry is: on the reference index on your website it states an ID document can also be provided for proof of residence, please define what that is and what is acceptable.
