California Casualty Management Company, Califfornia Casualty Insurance Company low-balled, lied, dishonest business practices, false promises, deceptive company, corruption dead Beat inconsiderate Mom dead beat only cares about himself Dad San Mateo California .....

On June 18th, 2003, my automobile was "rear-ended" and "totaled" by a client of California Casualty Insurance Company (aka California Casualty Management Company). Now the insurance comapany refuses to settle my automotive property damage case in a fair and equitable manner. They literally laugh in my face when I ask for an amount equal to what it will cost to replace my vehicle.

California Casualty used CCC ValueScope Claims Services to determine an offer amount to me although the CCC ValueScope market report was nothing short of "bogus." The value place on my vehicle by CCC ValueScope, as reported to California Casualty Management Company, was low-balled by conscious design. CCC ValueScope claims the dealers determine "Take Price" and "Adjusted Value" price of an automobile but in reality it is CCC ValueScope that determines the amount.

I reported these lies to California Casualty Management Company but they still refuse to settle even though they know what it will cost to replace my vehicle.

I reminded California Casualty Management Company as to their published policy that states: "When your car is either unrecovered (from a theft) or damaged beyond repair, the value of that vehicle will be determined by assessing what similar vehicles are actually selling for in your region of the country."

California Casualty Management Company refuses to follow their own published policy. California Casualty Management Company continues to try an low-ball me on the property damage settlement.
